Retreat

Retreat

"Always say 'yes' to the present moment...Surrender to what is.  Say 'yes' to life -and see how life suddenly starts to work for you rather than against you."

-Eckhart Tolle

Mindfulness is a practise of learning to embrace the present moment.  When we open ourselves up to the power of now we allow our creativity to flow and our voices to be heard.  The world is full of treasure, but our biggest treasures lie within.  This retreat will help you tap into that hidden potential, remove fears and blocks around your obstacles, and create a new vision in alignment with your soul path.

In this retreat our main goal is to achieve a better sense of alignment within ourselves and within our physical being.

"I want you to leave feeling like you've received something extra special.  My empowerment soul portrait shoots are my most valuable offering.  Consider this as my gift to you.  The locations on offer both in Galle and Tanzania are far too beautiful and tempting to let this opportunity slip away!!"

-Steph Hamilton
